KEVIN STAMPS
A Certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-CPF), Kevin Stamps has been developing custom personal training workouts in Rhode Island for 11 years largely due to his simple exercises that produce immediate results. With a client list as diverse as his personal training methods, he regularly works with a full spectrum of clients with varying ability levels desiring increased energy and strength.

A Rhode Island native, Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Bridgewater State University. As a former elite baseball and track and field athlete, Kevin was introduced to fitness at an early age. Now, he helps clients transform their bodies and lifestyles one workout at a time.
